N & D Henderson | Langley Wedding Photographer

Yesterday I had the great pleasure of photographing N & D's wedding! It was a great wedding too!

They got married in Burnaby Village Museum - what a super cool place. If you haven't been there - go! The chapel was so cute & small & vintage - loved it.

The bride & bridesmaids were just beautiful! Yes the groom & his groomsmen were looking good in their suits too :)

After the ceremony we spent a couple hours in the village & just walked around getting lots of different shots of the bride & groom & bridal party - that was lots of fun to see all the cool buildings! The best part was the carousel! Although we didn't get to ride it we still got some shots with it in the background - it was too busy to wait in line & they wouldn't let us budge!

So N & D here are a few of my favs - there were so many good ones it was really hard to pick these!

Have fun on your honeymoon!

Maternity Session | Portrait Photography by jmb Photography

Earlier today I went to N's house to do our first session of a 3 part session.

She is due in September so she is still pretty tiny - I'm sure her belly will get much bigger even before our next session in one month. :)

Here are 3 of my fav from today's session!

Enjoy :)

Buckley Wedding | Langley Wedding Portrait jmb Photography

On Saturday I got to hang out & photograph the new Mrs. & Mr. Buckley!
We had a good time. The people were fun & chill & the wedding was very simple & beautiful!

I started out the day with the beautiful bride & Maid of Honor in Abbotsford for the preparations! You men have it so easy!

We then all headed out to the Bedford House in Fort Langley for the Ceremony & Reception. This place is so cool - it's an old historic home that they've turned into an upscale restaurant in the very cute town of Fort Langley.

We did the Bride & Groom portraits in the same area cause there are so many cool locations in Fort Langley - the bridge, old train station, Bedford House & much more!

Mrs. & Mr. Buckley - Thanks a billion times over for such a great wedding! I wish you both the best of luck & you make a great MARRIED couple hehe :)

Here are my favs from the day! Enjoy!

A & M Maternity | Langley BC Portrait & Wedding Photographer

Yesterday I did a 31 week session with a friend of mine!

This is session 2 of a 3 session set. Our first session was done at 22 weeks I think.

We had a great session & I can't believe how much she's grown since the last session!

Here are my favs

Baby C | Langley BC Portrait & Wedding Photographer

Earlier today I went to a client's home to take some shots of their 6.5 month old baby girl - C.

She was such a cutie! Even though she just wanted to chew on all the props & blankies she was a lot of fun to photograph. Her parents helped out a lot by dancing & singing for us to make her giggle & smile.

We got lots of really adorable pictures of her & even managed to get some with Mommy & Daddy!

Here are a few of my favorites!

I love the funny faces babies make!

I hope you enjoy the photos!

Thanks for inviting me into your home & allowing me to take photographs of your beautiful daughter & your family! I hope we can do this again soon.

He's 1 month today! Such a cutie & he was so calm - he never mad a fuss.

Here are some of my favs. :)

My Vacation

Alright so it's been nearly a month so I updated my blog - yikes!

I have been away for the past 2 weeks on a little vacation up north for some good family time before wedding season starts for me as I will not have much free time after June 20th :)

While I was visiting my family I managed to do a few High School Senior sessions!! Very exciting.

A more artistic shot than a typical senior's shot but I still really liked it!

My fav of each Senior

I also did a very cool tourist trip while I was back home too which I've never actually done!
We took a boat tour to a preserved area further north that is home to many many Grizzly Bears. We were almost in Alaska! It was very cool to spend 2 hours floating around the bay looking at different bears feeding on the beaches.
Here are some of my favorite pictures from the trip.
